Grade "A" Ducks - Pekin
Availability: Year Round
Available in the following sizes: 1.80 kg (4 lb) - 2.60 kg (5.75 lb). This product may be ordered fresh or frozen. Packaging may be bulk or Cryovac packaging.
Grade "A" Geese - Embden
Availability: Fall, Summer
Available in the following sizes: 3.25 kg (7 lb) - 7 kg (15.50 lb). This product may be ordered fresh or frozen. All product is packaged in Cryovac packaging.
Duck Pieces
Availability: Year Round
Boneless duck breasts, bone-in duck breasts, duck leg quarters, duck legs, and duck wings. Many other duck pieces are available. Please contact our store or visit our website for more information. All duck pieces are packaged in either bulk or Cryovac packaging.
