Milk Protein Concentrates and Milk Protein Isolates (MPC’s and MPI’s) are proteins derived from liquid skim milk that has been concentrated to the desired protein levels, followed by a spray drying process. We have also developed low lactose MPC’s and heat-stable MPC’s available upon request.
MPC 80

Milk Protein Concentrates and Milk Protein Isolates (MPC’s and MPI’s) are proteins derived from liquid skim milk that has been concentrated to the desired protein levels, followed by a spray drying process. We have also developed low lactose MPC’s and heat-stable MPC’s available upon request.

Pasteurized Cream 40
Availability: Year Round
Our cream products are made from 100% fresh whole milk using a centrifugal separation process. We only source our milk from Canadian farms, most of them local, where the use of antibiotics in cows is strictly monitored. Milk is tested both at the farms and at the dairy processing plants to ensure it is free from antibiotic residues before use in our manufacturing plant. Both pasteurized cream and whipping cream are free of GMO’s and Kosher certified.
Whipping Cream 36

VITAGOS

VITAGOS™ is a syrup rich in galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) that has an exceptional clean taste and smooth mouth feel. GOS is reviewed and permitted as a dietary fibre by Health Canada Food Directorate and allowed to be used in all unstandardized food products as a source of dietary fibre in Canada.
