We have been making the finest sausages in the region since 2008. Thousands of pounds of fantastic sausages, over two hundred flavours created and everyone loves them.
We use quality meat from choice Vancouver Island Producers. We are too large to grow all the animals ourselves and still focus on the quality of the sausages so we partner with ethical and sustainable producers that do a great job of providing safe, nutritious meat. Sometimes, being small is great – we can be picky when it comes to meat!
