SpicyThis is our original recipe. It's a unique flavour that we have tweaked over the years. It originates from Mexico City. This is considered a condiment like sauce. When you taste it, it welcomes you with a sweet note, followed by warm heat slightly smokey that has a delayed type effect. It is a very versatile product to be consumer hot or my preference cold, over hot food. Our product has not powders, nor preservatives and has been rated gluten free.We can offer 4L food service jugs all year.Available as well in 350 mL glass bottles.

MildThis flavour of our sauce has half the weighted formula of the Chipotle in Adobo. It subjectively come across slightly sweeter. We called it mild for those that like some heat in their food. It is not a boring mild.We also carry this in 4L food service jugs all year.Available as well in 350 mL glass bottles.
