We use whole milk from grass-fed cows, and traditional kettle cooking to make real yogurt that is true to its roots-fresh, and local and cultured.
To minimize processing we batch pasteurize our whole milk in a kettle & leave it un-homogenised.The fermentation creates a uniquely light & creamy Cream Top Yogurt.

Tree Island Cream Top Yogurt 2 Sizes 500g and 1.5kg. 3 Flavors; Plain, Island Honey, and Vanilla Bean. Non-homogenised yogurt made with whole milk 3.5% MF, from Grass fed cows. Milk sourced from a single dairy farm.
