Our Artisan Goat Milk Gelato is made from our own milk from our farm dairy in Fanny Bay. Slowly pasteurized and mixed with local and/ or organic ingredients to make a delicious real treat. We use in-season fruits and berries to make a thick, low-fat, high flavour gelato. Ceiliac Friendly!

Artisan Goat milk Gelato. We use our own goat milk from our licensed goat dairy on our farm in Fanny Bay. Our milk is tested monthly and is the BEST goat milk in BC.We make our own flavours from local and/or organic fruit & honey. We use Vancouver Island Sea Salt exclusively. All other ingredients are organic (certified). Our gelato is made in small batches, pasteurized at Canadian Cultured Dairy Inc, in Royston BC. We hand mix the gelato and hand scoop into pint and 3 oz containers.
