Gone Crackers is a BC based artisanal line of gourmet crackers. Made in small batches, their simple list of ingredients, excluding sugar, seeds, and nuts makes them a great compliment to wine. "This is a flavour that has been in the works for about five years now. It's fun to experience other cuisines, and with that comes pairings of wine varietals that may not be my everyday choices.
