Rasa Creek Farm grows many varieties of hardneck garlic. We offer both Seed Garlic and Culinary Garlic and have Sampler Packs available for growers interested in experimenting with new varieties and combinations. Our 126 farm is also a Permaculture Showcase for the North Okanagan of British Columbia and we employ cutting edge sustainable farming methods and tools in our operation. Rasa Creek Farm is situated in a glacial valley and the high trace mineral content of the soil informs our garlic with a rare potency and richness that make other garlics seem nearly bland in comparison.
