Fieldgold Gourmet Canadian mustards are produced with Western Canadian mustard seed purchased directly from the grower. They are produced by hand in our inspected kitchen in Kelowna.
No preservatives are used and the mustard is made in small batches of 60-70 jars that are each tested for quality control. All mustards have a grainy texture and sharp flavour which is the result of using fresh ingredients and minimal processing. Recipes have been developed by the original owner over a period of ten years. We are proud of the simple, flavourful goodness of our lovingly prepared products. Mustard is a natural preservative and has a long shelf life.

Fieldgold Wine Wholeseed Mustard and Fieldgold Dijon Mustard

These mustards are produced using an aging process. Wine Wholeseed mustard is aged for 6-12 months to allow the wine flavours to infiltrate the whole seeds and for the whole seeds reach a distinctive crunchy texture.
Fieldgold Okanagan Deli Mustard

A sweet mustard based on the old English recipe, Tewkesbury, and named for the location of the company. A delightful take home for visitors to the Okanagan and anyone who enjoys a unique mustard.
