We produce all of our products on-site. We use no artificial ingredients, no fillers. We use only natural herbs and spices, and the highest quality meats. We produce specialty items such as pates, hams, bacons and the finest sausages. One of our specialty items is our chorizos. We have approximately 25 varieties of chorizos from 15 different countries. We also make six different kinds of bacon. Some are dried cured and other are smoked and cured. We make a variety of pates, from duck to wild smoked salmon, venison, mushroom and jalapeņo, just to name a few.

Made with 100% wild elk meat. Stuffed into hog casings about 125g. portions. Available in singes or 1 Lbs. packages. Elk with Cherries - made with re hydrated cherries, black pepper, coriander and various other herbs and garlic. Elk with Capers - made with anise, spices and pickled capers.

Made with 100% venison meat(LOCALLY RAISED). Stuffed into hog casings about 125g. portions. Available in singles or 1Lbs. packages. Made with spices and red wine.

Wild Board Sausages

Made with 100% wild boar meat (LOCALLY RAISED). Stuffed into hog casings about 125g. portions. Available in singles or 1Lbs. packages. Apple Cinnamon Wild Boar Sausage - made with locally grown apples, cinnamon, and lemon zest. Italian Wild Boar - made with coarse pepper and red bell pepper and spices.Spicy Herbed Wild Boar - made with black pepper, four spice and herbs.

Lamb Sausages

Made with 100% lamb, stuffed into lamb casings about 80g. portion size.Merguez - spicy red sausage made with spanish paprika, fresh garlic and olive oil.Rosemary Lamb - made with fresh rosemary, garlic and parsley.Corriander Lamb - made with corriander, white pepper and herbs.Morrocan Lamb - made with black pepper, onion, paprika, garlic and olive oil.
