Available under Nanak brand in 400 gms x 24 pcs; for food service, 1.75 kg x 6 pcs in a case. Paneer is a soft, unripened cheese. It does not run or melt upon heating or frying. It behaves like tofu; however, it is made from cow's milk. It is typically used in Indian entrees, appetizers, stir frys, and wraps.

Resembles rice pudding. However, it is entirely vegetarian (no eggs) and has carmelized and cooked milk flavour instead of thickening the milk by using gums.
