Blackwell produces, with the care and love of a family operation, a full line of fluid milk products, including sour cream & cheeses.
Besides the milk from our really happy cows, we also process our products from our good neighbors in North Thompson and Shuswap Okanagan.
Blackwell Dairy Products can be found in stores as far south as Keremeos, east to Revelstoke and every place in between.

Cheese
Availability: Year Round
Our Artisan cheese is made the old fashioned way in small batches, mixed by hand with care and attention to detail. Taste the difference quality makes. Blackwell Mozzarella, Mild, Medium and Aged cheddar cheeses are available in 2.25kg blocks and about 240g random cut.
Sour Cream
Availability: Year Round
Our 14% sour cream is truly creamy and rich. Made with care in small batches, it is perfect for all your sour cream needs. It is available in 250 and 500 ml sizes for personal use, as well as 4 litres for commercial use.
Fluid Milk

Products available 3.25%, 2% Milk, 1% Milk, Skim, 10% Table Cream, 18% Table Cream, 35% Whipping Cream: In a variety of sizes As REAL and WHOLESOME as it gets... Our milk is processed fresh five days per week on location at the Blackwell plant in Barnhartvale, Kamloops. We carry a full line of dairy products in various sizes. All our containers are recyclable. Available in 3.25% Milk: Also Available: 3.25% Chocolate Milk Our very popular chocolate milk has been recommended by local dieticians as a sports recovery drink and is used by the TRU Wolfpack teams and various local soccer teams. 3.25% Buttermilk: 1L, 500ml Our buttermilk is made the old-fashioned way. Once you’ve tasted Blackwell’s buttermilk, you won’t want any other. Eggnog (Seasonal): 2L, 1L
