Our farm is an organic family run farm. As well as producing various fruits and vegetables, we make our own value added products including 7 blends of teas, a Blueberry Echinacea Mint Iced Tea, 2 spice blends, various health products, jams, jellies and preserves. Falcon Ridge Farms also hosts weddings, birthday parties and farm tours, complete with a covered caravan pulled by the farm tractor driven by the owner's father, who lives in a basement suite on their farm.

Echinacea Mint Teas - 7 blends: Echinacea; Echinacea Mint; Echinacea Lemon Mint; Echinacea Orange Mint; Echinacea Licorice Mint; Echinacea Rooibos; Echinacea Ginger ChaiAll blends are certified organic; Echinacea is grown on our farm, harvested and blended with other certified organic products to produce unique teas that are healthy and delicious. We created our own recipes, make all of the blends on the farm, package in beautiful tins, label and ship direct from ourselves to the consumer or retail store.
Spice Blends

Spice Blends - 2 blends: Italian Spice and Poultry Spice. Both blends are certified organic and made from herbs that we produce on our farm as well as additional herbs that are also certified organic. We grow, harvest and blend the spices, package, label and ship direct from our farm to the consumer and retail stores.

Garlic - Certified Organic - Bulk.We grow certified organic Kettle River Giant garlic.We harvest the garlic the end of July, cure it and sell it either bulk by the pound or in netted bags of 85-110 grams with a info card attached to the netted bag that contains info about garlic and our farm.

Blueberry Echinacea Mint Iced Tea Certified Organic Iced Tea made with organic Blueberries, organic honey and our very own Echinacea Mint Tea. Delicious and healthy. Very full bodied. Beautiful packaging in glass bottles. Made in small batches and heat sealed.

Health Products - 3: Mouthwash - Made with Echinacea, Oil of Oregano and Aloe Vera. This product is very effective for gingivitis and any bacterial problems. Echinacea Tincture - made with organic Echinacea Angustifolia fresh root. Very potent. Throat Spray - made with Echinacea, Oil of Oregano and other anti inflammatory and anti bacterial herbs. Very effective for sore throats but it also used for mosquito bites . We have our Site Licence and are now applying for Natural Health Product Numbers for the Throat Spray and Echinacea Tincture.
