Grinola

"Grinola" This is our small-batch produced hemp cereal, a 'grinning' formula made by hand by the sea in Nanoose Bay, Vancouver Island. We use as local and as unprocessed ingredients as possible, including hemp and oats from our prairies. Our Grinola is very high in protein (8g) and fibre (4g) with only 2g of unrefined, low-glycemic sugars. We pre-soak the seeds and oats to promote the enzymes and bake it low and slow for toasty crunch. Serve with your favourite milk or yoghurt and fruit. Or just munch naked.
