Our pigs are raised in large pens, bedded on sawdust in naturally ventilated barns. Because of this we have more marbling which enhances the flavor of the meat. No growth hormones, no therapeutic antibiotics in the feed. We offer a wide variety of pork products - chops, roasts, hams, ribs, bacon, farmer sausage, smokies, breakfast sausage. With advance notice, we can customize orders or cuts to suit your needs.
